I'd never done anything like WorshipArts before, even though worship is one of my largest passions.
I'm a working perfectionist, learning that there's nothing wrong with starting from the bottom and asking for help. God doesn't love me any less, and I am not any less of a person if I am not perfect. My worth and value is found only in the eyes of my Savior.
Truly believing this and living it out has been and is a work in progress, but I can say WorshipArts played a role in grounding these truths in me. I have more confidence in myself and in stepping out into the unknown.
I've come to grow and love trusting God with change, and moving forward in any way I can. I realized that God has a plan and knows what He's doing in everything He brings me through.
