Director Peter Webb

Peter Webb has a strong background in contemporary worship. He has played in Sunday morning worship services for six years on four instruments, accumulating much experience. He has over five years of theatre experience as well. He is currently leading the sound, lights and graphics team at his church. Also, he is currently pursuing a bachelors in music. He teaches private lessons on the piano, guitar, drums, bass and vocals. Through this program he is pursuing his vision from God to train and equip students to fill the needs of the church.

Message Team Director           Tori Webb

Tori Webb has loved writing and public speaking since she was a child. She began teaching in Sunday School when she was 14, and has shared messages at Youth Groups and Christian Camps since she was 16. She also has over 3 years of acting experience which has strengthened her public speaking and stage presence skills. Throughout high school she took many writing and public speaking courses and her skills enabled her acceptance into the Kalamazoo Valley Community College Honors Program. She has since graduated with an associates degree in Business Administration. She writes in her spare time at her blog, and from her posts there she has been asked to share at New Day Community Church and other events. Tori is passionate about Christ and sharing the truth of the Word through writing. 

Photography Director       Shelby Lathrop

Shelby has a wide background in the Arts. She played guitar for her youth group when she was in high school. She has painted several murals. Currently, her passion and ministry is photography. She is a co-owner of Lathrop Photo, a photography business dedicated to serving God. She has over 6 years of experience with photography principles and composition. Shelby is pursuing a degree in business and graphic arts. She offers private lessons for those seeking to further their photography or artistic skills. She has been given these callings by God and is actively pursuing excellence to bring glory to His name. 1 Peter 4:10 

Video Production Director  Michael Lathrop

Called to reach the youth of this generation, Michael Lathrop has been in youth ministry since the time he was able to, about 8 years. From the time he was sixteen he became a Junior Commander for a ministry called Royal Rangers. Now 24 years old, his calling has widened. He currently serves as the Michigan Outreach Coordinator for Royal Rangers, and as a Youth Leader for rooTs Student Ministries at The Gathering Place Church. He has grown a passion for Time-Based Video Production. He is currently finishing his degree in Mathematics, as well as pursuing degrees in Bible, and Time-Based Media (Video Production).
